He was ultimately arrested for Disorderly Conduct and a parole violation. DISPO: Nicholas was booked at DCC. Erixson believed Johnathan helped his fiancé discover Erixson was cheating on her. Erixson knocked Johnathan out and hit him three more times. DISPO: Erixson was arrested and transported to DCC. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/03/2021 (08:30 PM) LOCATION: 2001 NE Diamond Lake Blvd, Roseburg INCIDENT: Initiating a False Report CASE #: 211908 PERSON(S): (S) Raines, Rita (36) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Initiating a False Report VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): DCEC received 3 separate calls over the course of several hours from a female regarding suspicious circumstances regarding a child. The female gave different names each time but called from the same phone number.Officer contacted Raines in the area where these incidents supposedly occurred and she knew every detail regarding the reports to DCEC. She had seven cell phones in her possession but they all had the batteries removed.Raines did not admit to calling but ultimately stated she also heard the child screaming (unfounded all three times) and doesn't call the police because they don't help her when she does.Officer issued Raines a citation, which she tore up. He failed to provide a license or any form of identification, so he was detained for failing to carry and present a license. After learning his true identity, he was issued citations and released on scene. DISPO: Cited and Released. The vehicle was seen committing several different traffic violations. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle and it continued at a high rate of speed and eventually crashed into a parked truck. The vehicle never stopped and continued to drive away from officers. A short time later the vehicle crashed and high centered on a cement divider. Steven (The driver) was taken into custody without incident. DISPO: Steven was lodged at corrections. Fenton was seen throwing a beer can and cigarette butt in the grass. DISPO: Fenton was cited and released on seen for the above mentioned crime. Jay, Roseburg INCIDENT: Domestic Disturbance/Warrant CASE #: 201717/211917 PERSON(S): (S) Williams, Tiffany Ann (21), Roseburg, (V) Osborne, Brandon Allen (21), Roseburg, (V) Osborne, Katie Lynn (32), Roseburg, (V) Lavoie, Chad Stephen (34), Roseburg, (V) Juvenile male, Roseburg CHARGE(S): Assault IV Felony, Assault IV, Reckless Endangering, (Warrant-Roseburg Police Dept-Criminal Mischief II, Harassment), Harassment, Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Williams entered the above mentioned address after being told to leave the residence earlier. Williams entered her boyfriend (Brandon's) bedroom and punched him in his right eye, causing the eye to swell and caused him to have a headache. When Williams tried to punch the boyfriend again, she grazed a portion of their juvenile son’s head with her fist While Brandon was holding the child.Brandon's sister (Katie) came into the bedroom to get the baby and retreated to her bedroom. Williams then broke through Katie's door and jabbed her thumb in Katie's eye, causing the eye to water and be blurred. When Katie's boyfriend (Chad) tried to intervene, Williams then slapped and pushed Chad.During the disturbance, Williams broke Brandon's Xbox, TV and broke Katie's bedroom door. DISPO: Williams was transported to corrections and lodged for the above mentioned crimes to include the warrant.
