I was driving along Rock Creek Road recently and had to stop when I saw this Tiger Lilly. There is a lot of destruction to behold along that road, but there is also a lot of signs of life! Homes are being rebuilt, flowers and green can be seen sprouting up all over the place. 

I will always think of my Grandma and Grandpa when I see a Tiger Lilly. It was their favorite flower. They lived in Glide for decades and were the reason I spent so much time in the area growing up. 💚
