Chipotle Mexican Restaurant is planning on opening a location in Roseburg off of Stewart Parkway in the Roseburg Marketplace. An architect for the Roseburg Marketplace submitted demolition plans to the City of Roseburg at the beginning of February to take down the building that Loggers Pizza currently occupies. According to plans, Chipotle is set to be the new tenant in that location. Just over a month ago Chipotle told investors they were working on adding over 1,000 locations, with many being in smaller towns. More information will come in the weeks and months ahead about the timeline, but the Roseburg Chipotle will likely not open until 2023. We'll keep you updated.
