Here's six key things to know about the Roseburg Public Schools 2022 Proposed Bond Measure. 1. Proposed Measure 10-187 is on the May 2022 ballot. 2. The State of Oregon would award Roseburg Public Schools a matching funds grant of $5,836,083 to help fund proposed Bond projects. 3. The Bond would fund health, safety and security projects. 4.
