The power is back on at Crater Lake and the sun is out and it looks like they got a lot of new snow! Official numbers will likely be out tomorrow but it looks like they got several more feet of snow. On the 10th, there were 69 inches. I'm going to guess there will be close to 110 inches at the next measurement. Here is the latest from Crater Lake rangers: "The park is digging out from 3 major snowstorms in the past week. At this time the road from the entrance station on Highway 62 to park headquarters and Rim Village is CLOSED. The road to park headquarters is projected to open sometime on Monday, 1/15 and the road to Rim Village sometime on Tuesday, 1/16. Even once the roads are open, please use caution when driving or walking as conditions are very icy and slippery. All Oregon chain laws apply."
