The North Umpqua River got up to 17 feet overnight, almost 3 feet higher than projections yesterday, which were closer to 14 feet. Anyway, it's good to take those projections with a grain of salt next time and be alert when river/creek levels get that high. These photos are from Hestness Landing Sunday morning around 9:45am.
