Update: Both river height projections have increased but both are still projected to remain below flood stage, but just barely. River Update: 1:23pm Sunday Dec 29th The North Umpqua River is currently at 17.28 feet and is projected to rise to just over 20.48 ft, cresting at 4pm. Minor flood stage is 26 feet, for reference.
