Roseburg Del Taco Rebuild Underway, Slated for Early 2025 Reopening

The Roseburg Del Taco, located at 2435 NW Stewart Parkway, is being rebuilt after a fire destroyed the building on July 2, 2022. Construction has begun with Ling Bros. Contracting at the helm. Foundation work has been completed, and lumber for framing was recently delivered to the site. The construction process is expected to take 3-4 months, with a potential reopening date in February or March 2025. Erick Marsh, Del Taco franchise director of operations, commented on the progress of the rebuild: "Yes, finally we are getting the ball rolling. I'm really excited to have some of the newest technology Del Taco has being installed into this new building." Marsh outlined plans for staffing the new location: "We plan to hire around 50 employees for the opening date. As the operations guy, I plan to have a management team hired and training at other locations the first week of December." The new Del Taco will feature updated designs and technology.
