D1 said after going through the intersection of NW Edenbower / NW Garden Valley, she heard a rustling noise under her passenger seat, so she took her eyes off the road for a moment to look over. D1 said she hit a concrete divider and lost control of the vehicle, drove off the road and hit the Lil Pantry building.Vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Citation Issued. He was asked to leave by employees, but he refused. Bates repeatedly went outside, but returned to the restaurant. Witnesses stated Bates attempted to enter a customer's vehicle by trying to pound out the window.Officers contacted Bates after he went into the restroom, but Bates locked himself in the stall and refused to come out. After officers unlocked the stall door, Bates sprang to his feet and challenged them in an aggressive manner. Bates resisted being detained and was taken to the floor. In the process, Bates sustained a laceration over his eye. He was taken to Mercy to receive treatment. DISPO: Cited and Released at Mercy
