Roseburg Zonta and UCC Team Up

On February 10th, folks who bring clothing donations to the UCC Women’s or Men’s Basketball game are entitled to a free popcorn. The Saturday game times are 2 p.m. for the women and 4 p.m. for the men. The RiverHawks will be hosting Clackamas. As part of its Double Donation clothing drive, Zonta donates the clothing to Sunrise Enterprises which benefits by having more clothing for their retail service and achieving their goal of providing inclusion and jobs to those with disabilities. Sunrise then makes a nominal donation to Zonta who works to empower women. So, on February 10th bring your donation and cheer for the RiverHawks! The UCC women currently lead the Northwest Athletic Conference South region. However, they do play Lane, who is one game behind UCC, at Lane on the 7th. The men are currently in 4th place. Enjoy the games, receive free popcorn, plus help Roseburg Zonta and Sunrise Enterprises with their missions. Clothing should be clean and lightly used. No shoes, purses or household goods can be accepted. Game admission is $5 for adults and $3 for kids under 12.
