Someone spray-painted and vandalized the Winchester Dam fish viewing area, and it has now been closed to the public while law enforcement investigates, and they get a plan to get it cleaned up. We’ve offered to help and will share more info once more details are available.  Fortunately, you can still watch the fish moving up river at the UmpquaFish.com fish viewing camera.
