Conditions: Snow and Wind: Heavy snow and blowing snow. Accumulation: Up to 12 inches, with 24 inches possible in the highest areas. Wind: Gusts up to 55 mph. Affected Areas: Foothills of Cascade, Siskiyou, and Klamath mountains in Douglas, Jackson, and eastern Curry counties. Areas include Tiller-Trail highway and parts of Interstate 5 and highways 62 and 140 above 2000 feet. Impacts: Difficult or impossible travel conditions.
