Another Trash Cleanup Completed Near Stewart Park and the South Umpqua River

My youngest son and I picked up the trash under the Stewart Parkway bridge on the Harvard side. Lots of food, styrofoam takeout containers, plastic eating utensils, batteries, plastic bags, dental hygiene products, needles, plastic bags, rope and bands and lots more. No camping gear or personal items were found, only trash. We hauled out all the trash in a buggy attached to a generously donated electric bike I got from David Reeck for use in our neighborhood watch and other community activities. Thank you again David for your generosity and care for our neighborhood and community!
