Krause was behind Morse when she stopped. Krause failed to stop in time and rear ended Morse. Both vehicles were towed by Roseburg towing. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Citation. The driver, Mark, sped off and drove to up a dead end drive-way and fled on foot. K9 Nike tracked to the vicinity of the suspect and he was arrested without further incident.
