DETAIL(S): Multiple witnesses reported a young female, Christian, attacking an older male in the parking lot. An investigation revealed Montoya was giving Christian a ride when she started attacking him, then tackled him when he stopped the van and tried to get her out of his vehicle. Misfeldt tried to intervene and then Christian charged and slammed into her Camry, denting the door. Witnesses held the suspect until police arrived. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/28/2019 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 2900 Block Edenbower, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Vehicle Collision CASE #: 195648 PERSON(S): (D1) Bernhardt, Anna Jo (23) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Careless Driving VEHICLE(S): Brown 1989 Honda Accord 4-dr OR# PVC865 DETAIL(S): Bernhardt lost control of her car for unknown reasons and drove over the median and into the opposing lane of travel. Her vehicle continued into the Parkway Market parking lot where it collided head-on with a large boulder. Bernhardt was transported to Mercy by ambulance for a non-life-threatening head injury. Her vehicle was not drivable and required tow. There was no public/private property damage. Roseburg Towing responded and removed the vehicle. DISPO: Traffic Collision. He then went into the courthouse and alarmed the clerks with his behavior. He was escorted outside and an Officer located him near Jackson and Cass pulling his jeans down and standing in the middle of the roadway. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/29/2019 (01:00 PM) LOCATION: 600 Block Parrott, Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 195655 PERSON(S): (S) Welsh, Joann Mercedes (58) Roseburg, (V) Jacob, Jason Michael (46) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass ITheft II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to reports of a woman crawling through the window located at a residence in the area. When they arrived, Jacob pointed to Welsh and said he did not know her and she had just crawled through his window into his house. Welsh entered the residence through a window and was standing in the living room for no apparent reason. Welsh also had a Walmart shopping cart with her that had a sign attached to it stating Walmart would pursue theft charges if the cart was taken from the store.
