Dorn was stopped facing west on Hewitt where it intersects with NE Stephens. Dorn did not see Dukes, due to a vehicle traveling north in the outside lane, which was making a right turn onto Hewitt.Dorn pulled out directly in front of Dukes, causing Dukes to collide with the driver side of Dorn's vehicle. Both vehicles appeared to be totaled, and Roseburg Towing towed both. Dorn's 2 week old son was traveling in the passenger rear seat of her car in a proper infant carrier. Dukes was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance with a complaint of pain. Dorn took Peterson to his doctor to be checked out as a precaution. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
