This location is posted for no trespassing unless for customers or by permit. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Robi was contacted by officers at Walmart after she stole several items. Robi also had a confirmed Felony warrant and was taken into custody without incident. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/30/2020 (04:30 PM) LOCATION: 1350 NE Stephens St INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 201806 PERSON(S): (S) Cadger, Blake Edward (28) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Blake was contacted by officers after he stole from Big Lots. Blake ran from the business and was later contacted down the street. Blake was taken into custody without incident. Kevin threw a small plastic tube against the fence when he saw police in the park. Officer walked over and checked the tube and noticed it was Methamphetamine (1.7 grams). Kevin left the scene in his van but was later contacted in the parking lot at Fast Stop. CASE #: 201812 PERSON(S): S: Cadger, Blake E (28); Roseburg. CHARGE(S): 1: Theft in the Third Degree;, 2: Resisting Arrest. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Cadger was again identified as the shoplifter from a convenience store after he was contacted down the street. Cadger attempted to risk arrest but was taken into custody without injury. DISPO: Lodged at corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/30/2020 (11:59 PM) LOCATION: 2553 NW Stewart Parkway INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 201803 PERSON(S): (S) Simpson, Dwight Dean (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Dwight was contacted by officers after he stole food items from Sherm's. Loss prevention stopped Dwight and the items were returned. Dwight admitted to the theft and was taken into custody. INCIDENT: Trespassing CASE #: 201815 PERSON(S): S: Garcia, Bryant Noe (31); Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): For the second time that morning, Bryant Garcia was suspiciously prowling around his former neighborhood, this time deep in the backyard of a house where he was curiously moving rocks around the yard.
