VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Niemi was contacted by officers after she was called in for suspicious behavior by nearby residents. She had a confirmed warrant and a small amount of Heroin was found in her possession. DISPO: Cited and Released. Officers located him in the area shortly later where he fled on foot running through multiple yards of nearby residences. He was arrested without further incident. DISPO: Cited and Released. Officers found that he was drinking alcohol in public, and he also had the listed warrant for his arrest. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/25/2020 (11:27 PM) LOCATION: 300 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 204192 PERSON(S): (S) Bennett, Stephen (38) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol, Refusal of Breath Test VEHICLE(S): 1996 red Ford Econoline (MT-137333K) DETAIL(S): Bennett pulled in front of an officer while the officer was driving eastbound on Garden Valley, almost causing a collision. Bennett continued eastbound and nearly struck a curb near Park Street. He was contacted during a traffic stop, and displayed signs of alcohol impairment. He was arrested for DUII Alcohol, and later refused to provide a breath sample, so he was additionally charged with that offense. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/26/2020 (03:00 AM) LOCATION: 300 Block Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 204193 PERSON(S): (D1) Johnson, Chris (61) Myrtle Creek CHARGE(S): Careless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2005 orange Honda Element (OR-369DGD) DETAIL(S): Johnson was driving eastbound on Harvard towards Chevron to get gas. He missed the first entrance to the gas station and he continued eastbound at approximately 35-40 mph. He said he realized there was a second entrance and he tried to turn into the business, but he was traveling too fast. Due to the roadway being wet, his vehicle began to slide towards the Riverfront Inn motel. He was unable to stop and his car struck the west side wall of the motel causing significant damage to the exterior wall. He was transported to Mercy for minor injuries and his car was towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/26/2020 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: 1800 Block Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 204199 PERSON(S): (D1) Wilborn, Brandon Taylor (42) Roseburg, (D2) Bradshaw, Danielle Lee (38) Medford CHARGE(S): Wilborn: Following too Closely VEHICLE(S): Wilborn: 1998 White Lexus GS-300, Bradshaw: 1992 Black Honda Accord DETAIL(S): Wilborn was looking in his mirror while trying to get his kids to stop arguing. He rear ended Bradshaw while she waited for the light to turn green. Bradshaw's vehicle did not require a tow and she left the scene. Wilborn's vehicle was not operational so he requested officers call AAA for a tow. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Timleck was involved in a disturbance there with Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick allegedly shoved her. The motel received multiple complaints of a disturbance coming from their room. Neither of them had any visible injuries and they both wanted to pursue charges against one another for harassment. DISPO: Cited and Released. During the incident Worthen allegedly punched Bartlett in the face, causing her substantial pain and limiting her ability to open her mouth.
