Mayotte proceeded strait across Edenbower, after stopping, with the intent of getting back on Interstate 5 northbound. Mayotte did not see Newbury traveling westbound on Edenbower. Newbury struck the passenger rear of Mayotte's car, causing significant damage to both vehicles. Neither party was injured and Mayotte's vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. Newbury was able to drive his vehicle from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/28/2020 (05:00 PM) LOCATION: 2125 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Shoplifting CASE #: 204171, 201983 PERSON(S): (S) Galusha, Jennifer Marie (36) Transient CHARGE(S): Theft II, Criminal Trespass I, Warrant – Failure to Appear II x 3 (Roseburg Police Department) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): On 09/23 Galusha walked out of Walmart with $474 worth of merchandise. Galusha was stopped by Walmart loss prevention and handed over the stolen merchandise, but she wasn’t contacted by police that day. On this day she was contacted and charged with the previous theft, and was also charged with the listed warrant. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/28/2020 (06:40 PM) LOCATION: 574 Stewart Park Drive, Roseburg (Umpqua Valley Arts Center) INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 204234 PERSON(S): (S) Schexnider, Tyler Scott (41) Transient, (M) Loger, Kimberly Kay (57) Transient CHARGE(S): Schexnider - Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): Blue 2002 Chrysler Town & Country Van(CA #8LNF938) DETAIL(S): Schexnider was highly intoxicated and he became enraged as he was sitting with his girlfriend, Loger, in the parking lot of the Umpqua Valley Arts Center. Schexnider got out of Loger's van and proceeded to punch through the passenger window, shattering it. In the process, Schexnider cut his hand badly and he required medical care for the cuts at Mercy. Schexnider was treated at Mercy after being transported by ambulance, and he was cited and released on the listed charges. DISPO: Cited and Released.
