Peace at Home Dance Competition Going Virtual
Peace at Home is celebrating 10 years of dancing with their annual dance competition fundraiser on Feb. 27. The funds support Peace at Home’s mission to create a community free from family violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. The advocacy and support center has seen a 134% increase in referrals from law enforcement. The fundraiser this year can be viewed on 541radio.com which opens it up to the community and keeps supporters and dancers safe. “This event is important as we try to address homelessness through expanding shelter and housing programs,” Executive Director Melanie Prummer said.
