In-N-Out Burger Files Application to Build Roseburg Location

In-N-Out Burger has filed a development application with the City of Roseburg for a possible location in Roseburg. The application is currently in the review process. The location is a 2.01-acre lot just to the south of Home Depot at 2844 NW Aviation Drive right next to I-5. It's still early in the development process, so design elements such as building exteriors, site layouts etc are still evolving according to Carl Arena, VP of Real Estate and Development. "We do know that Roseburg is a fantastic community, and we definitely look forward to having this great location to serve our customers." Arena said. Arena also said that once development approval is granted, construction of an In-N-Out location usually takes 5-6 months to build the restaurant and open for business. In-N-Out currently has three other Oregon locations, Grants Pass, Medford, and Keizer. A location in Roseburg was talked about as far back as 2015, along with Grants Pass.
