Geneva Frances Grace

April 27, 1923 - October 1, 2022 Geneva Frances (Hicks) Murphy Grace, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Geneva was born April 27, 1923 and died at the age of 99, on Oct. 1, 2022 in Roseburg, Oregon. Geneva was born in Atlanta, Texas to Kirby and Meta Hicks and was raised in Myrtis, Louisiana on Black Bayou. She moved from Louisiana to California, where she met and married her husband, Dale Wilbur Murphy on June 21, 1943. Together they raised their eight children in Southern California. Geneva was preceded in death by husband Dale in 1972, her second husband, Carl Grace and her daughter, Beverly Truesdale. Those surviving are her seven children, 14 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
