River Otter On The Oregon Coast

During our recent trip to Depoe Bay, I was looking out the window of the place we were staying when I spotted a large flock of seagulls circling over a section of rocky cliff overlooking the ocean. I went outside to get a better look and after a minute spotted what was causing the commotion. A River Otter was running along the rocks towards me heading for a small creek that runs into the ocean. I was able to capture a photo of this rare event!
