We visited the Otter Crest Scenic Viewpoint on the Oregon Coast earlier this week. The Otter Crest Scenic Viewpoint is set atop a 500-foot cliff with a stunning view of the ocean and nearby beaches. While we were there we were treated to a pair of bald eagles doing their courtship ritual and another eagle flying over the coast below us!
