Beavers On The South Umpqua River

I have been wanting to photograph beavers for a while now and I recently got an opportunity! I got up early and took my camera down to a spot along the South Umpqua River where I knew a family of beavers had a lodge along the river bank. Upon arriving at the river I immediately spotted one of the beavers swimming across the river and managed to get a few shots before it swam off! There were also three other beavers swimming around but this was my favorite photo!
