PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/27/2019 (11:45 PM) LOCATION: 900 Block Stanton, Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 193926 PERSON(S): (S) Attaway, Jessie J (31) Roseburg (S) Barclay, Cameron L (22) Grants Pass CHARGE(S): Attaway – Assault IV Barclay – Reckless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2019 Ford Fiesta white (Temp Plate) DETAIL(S): Barclay allegedly drove recklessly in the area after he was yelled at by neighbors for his speed. After being yelled at by neighbors, Barclay went back to the residence of Attaway to confront the neighbors. Attaway went to the driver's side of Barclay's vehicle and allegedly punched Barclay in the face. Barclay then backed up suddenly, knocking Attaway down. Barclay had injuries consistent with being punched in the face, including a chipped tooth. Attaway was brought to Mercy by ambulance for her injuries from falling backwards after being bumped by the car. DISPO: Cited and Released.
