Irwin came up behind Wagner and stopped behind her. Hampton came up behind Irwin, but was not able to stop in time. Hampton ran into the back of Irwin's car, which pushed Irwin's car in to the back of Wagner's car. Damage was very minimal to all three cars and no airbags were deployed. Wagner complained of neck pain and was transported to Mercy via ambulance for treatment. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/23/2019 (04:50 PM) LOCATION: 2300 Block NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Mail Theft CASE #: 194979 PERSON(S): (S) Brown, Sean David (21) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Mail TheftCriminal Trespass IIWarrant – Failure to Appear (Roseburg Municipal) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the Rose Villa Apartments due to Brown trespassing and screaming in the parking lot and breaking items. Brown then left running southbound on Stephens. Brown was located and detained in the listed area and found to have a warrant for his arrest through Roseburg Municipal Court. Brown was also found to be in possession of mail from numerous different people and he was charged with mail theft DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
