PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/30/2019 (11:17 AM) LOCATION: Oak / Spruce, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 195112 PERSON(S): (D1) Garcia Jr, Joseph Joaquin (16) Roseburg, (D2) Mayberry, Krystal Nicole (30) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Garcia Jr - Unlawful Lane Change VEHICLE(S): Garcia Jr - OR 387CHD Tan 2006 Toyota Tacoma, Mayberry - OR 540DRW Black 2007 Mazda CX9 DETAIL(S): Mayberry was traveling east on Oak Street in the left lane as she approached the intersection with Spruce. Garcia Jr was traveling east in the right lane next to Mayberry. Garcia turned into the left lane and struck the passenger rear fender of Mayberry's vehicle with the driver's front fender of his truck. Due to the impact, Mayberry's vehicle was spun 180 degrees and struck the south curb with both of her driver's side wheels. Mayberry's vehicle suffered significant damage and appeared to be totaled. Mayberry requested Joes Towing be dispatched as a preference tow. Garcia Jr's truck suffered damage to the steering and slight body damage, but was able to limp his truck into a nearby parking lot. Mayberry complained of head/neck pain and transported herself to the hospital. DISPO: Traffic Citation. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/30/2019 (11:40 AM) LOCATION: Edenbower / Renann, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 195113 PERSON(S): (S) Denard, Christopher James (27) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Denard caused public alarm during a disturbance with his girlfriend in the area. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/30/2019 (12:45 PM) LOCATION: 1200 Block Mill, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 195114 PERSON(S): (S) Coulombe, Trinity Marie (27) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Harassment, Reckless Endangering, Criminal Mischief III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Coulombe was trying to take her estranged husband’s truck and he tried to stop her. Coulombe kept backing up when he was behind the truck, knowing he was there. While Officers were investigating the incident she threw a bag of trash and hit an officer with it. Coulombe then spit all over the back of the patrol car. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/30/2019 (05:15 PM) LOCATION: 100 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass II CASE #: 195122 PERSON(S): (S) Couch, Travis James (32) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Couch was reported to be trespassing at a business in the listed location after being told numerous times to leave by the manager. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/30/2019 (08:20 PM) LOCATION: 780 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 195127 PERSON(S): (S) Smith, Ryan Patrick (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Sutherlin Municipal Court), Parole Violation, Unlawful Possession of Heroin VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An Officer contacted Smith in the parking lot of the Garden Valley Shopping Center for a violation and learned he had the listed warrant for his arrest. During the arrest he was found to possess a small amount of Heroin. He was also charged with violating his Parole conditions. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/31/2019 (10:30 PM) LOCATION: 2535 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (McDonald’s) INCIDENT: Forgery CASE #: 195103 PERSON(S): (S) Kearns, Caleb Henry (18) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Forgery I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): On 10/29 Kearns allegedly attempted to utter a fictitious $20 bill at McDonald's, but was denied the sale. Kearns left the area before officers could arrive. Kearns was located and arrested, and he was also found to possess more forged currency. DISPO: Cited and Released.
