Davis and Asch were found inside a structure built of wood and tarps. Both were cited for littering and prohibited camping. Asch also had a warrant out of Jackson County. Short rear ended Tamer’s vehicle. Short’s vehicle needed to be towed from the scene, and Tamer’s vehicle was driven from the scene. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Citation.
