She backed into a fence, pushing it over and getting her vehicle high-centered on the curb. Harrington did not have a valid driver license. Roseburg Towing moved her vehicle off the curb. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/16/2019 (03:30 PM) LOCATION: 980 Veterans Way, Roseburg (Eagles Landing) INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 195439 PERSON(S): (S) Krause, Kenneth (62) Roseburg, (V) 16 year old male, Roseburg CHARGE(S): Krause – Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing , Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the area. An investigation revealed that Krause physically assaulted his step son, and allegedly threatened him with a kitchen knife. The 16 year old sustained minor injuries from allegedly being punched by Krause. Child Welfare responded and took the 6 year old and several other siblings into protective custody. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/16/2019 (04:50 PM) LOCATION: Fair / Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 195443 PERSON(S): (D1) Glampe, Elijah Lewis (30) Roseburg, (D2) Parker, Jacqueline Rose (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Glampe – Dangerous Left TurnNo Operators License VEHICLE(S): Glampe - Red Ford Escape (OR 773EXX), Parker - Red Chevrolet Sonic (OR 203LAD) DETAIL(S): Glampe was turning left on Harvard from Fair. He did not see Parker who was travelling west on Harvard. Glampe struck Parker's vehicle and both vehicles sustained heavy damage. No one was injured and both vehicles were driven out of the roadway.
