4.5 Mag Earthquake Rattled Port Orford This Evening

A magnitude 4.53 earthquake struck about 4 miles NE of the southern Oregon coast town of Port Orford Friday evening at 5:45 pm. The earthquake occurred at a depth of 10.1 miles. There have been three other earthquakes within 31 miles of this location in the past 10 years. 3.1 in 2016 3.8 in 2014 3.4 in 2010 There is no Tsunami Warning, Advisory, Watch, or Threat from this earthquake.
