Shryock shoved Fallon by his neck causing deep scratches from her fingernails. Fallon wished to pursue charges for Harassment. The theft allegations were not substantiated. DISPO: Cited and Released. Gift continued to refuse to leave after being told by Officers. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
