Officers arrived on scene but the vehicle was gone. Witnesses described the vehicle as a dark SUV and the male as tall, stalky, with dark, long, curly hair.After several anonymous people called in with information, officers were directed to the parking lot of Grocery Outlet and made contact with Gusman, who matched the suspect description.Further investigation develo0ped Gusman as the suspect, and a fake, but realistic gun was recovered during that investigation. Harding refused, claiming his doctor gave him permission to be there. A bystander defended Marquez and told Harding to leave. Harding allegedly pulled a knife out from the sheath, trying to scare Marquez and the bystander. Harding left on foot, and was found near the location and arrested. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. He then purchased the arrow for $2.99, along with some other merchandise, before being confronted by loss prevention staff. DISPO: Cited and Released.
