Multiple windows were broken out but Bakos did not want to pursue charges. Officers were informed Sturgeon has been recently trespassed from Pro Motors and the business wanted to pursue charges for trespass. Sturgeon was contacted and she reported Bakos kicked her during the disturbance, causing a bruise to her leg. Both were arrested on the listed charges. DISPO: Cited and Released.
