CHARGE(S): DUII, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): 2004 Gray Dodge 2500, OR 040HCU DETAIL(S): The listed vehicle was stopped sideways behind the grocery store, with the engine running and the owner, Simpson, passed out behind the wheel. Simpson displayed signs of impairment, and was arrested for DUII. He was also found to possess a small amount of Methamphetamine. His vehicle was towed by Roseburg towing.
