Janes was traveling east on Garden Valley and was in the center left turn lane to turn into the driveway of the Steelhead Run Plaza. Janes did not see Musgrave and turned directly in front of him. Musgrave tried to swerve, but still struck the font bumper of Janes' car in a glancing type fashion.Musgrave was ejected off the motorcycle and cartwheeled onto the roadway. Musgrave's bike sustained major damage and was not operable. Janes' vehicle sustained moderate damage to the hood and front bumper, but was still drivable. Musgrave claimed he was uninjured.
