Schieno stated as he was stopped, he saw a white van quickly approaching him from behind and knew he was going to get rear ended. The white van, driven by Juanvell, slammed into the back of Schieno's car. Neither party was injured, but it appeared Schieno's vehicle was probably totaled. Price stopped for traffic in front of him, but Holland was distracted by his radio. When Holland looked up from the radio, he saw Price was stopped in front of him, but he was unable to stop in time and ran into the back bumper of Price's vehicle. Neither party was injured and both cars, which suffered minimal damage, were still drivable. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/10/2020 (01:54 PM) LOCATION: Interstate 5 northbound at MP 127, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 200627 PERSON(S): (S) Poling, Harold Eugene (76) Oakland CHARGE(S): DUII VEHICLE(S): OR ZUU749 Green 1999 Ford Explorer DETAIL(S): An officer contacted Poling earlier in the day for drinking while he was seated in his car at Umpqua Valley Care and Rehab. Poling was visibly impaired, and was warned not to drive in his condition. Umpqua Valley offered to pay for a cab ride home for Poling, but he refused.About one hour later employees called in to report Poling drove away. He was stopped in the listed area and still displayed signs of impairment, and he was arrested without incident for DUII. His vehicle was towed by Roseburg towing. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/10/2020 (04:33 PM) LOCATION: 3000 Aviation, Roseburg (Home Depot) INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 200614 PERSON(S): (S) Geisler, James Carl (36) Roseburg, (S) 17 year old male, Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft I VEHICLE(S): Black Pontiac G6 (OR 688LJV) DETAIL(S): Geisler and a 17 year old male allegedly stole over $1600 worth of tools from Home Depot the previous day and were seen leaving in the listed vehicle. Both suspects were contacted today and most of the property was recovered. DISPO: Cited and Released. She recalled seeing Beck in the parking lot around the same time and told me she thought it might have been her. Beck was contacted and was charged with the listed offense based upon evidence obtained during the investigation. DISPO: Cited and Released.
