Nelson was approaching the intersection when his foot slipped off the brake pedal, causing him to strike the back of Nelson’s vehicle. When he was contacted, Harper ran across the freeway and into the Roseburg Airport. He was located at a nearby business and taken into custody for his warrants., Harper was also a suspect in several recent cases and was charged with the listed crimes on those incidents. Seals stated her sister’s boyfriend, Baune, was upset about something and was shoving her multiple times in an attempt to kick her out of the house.
