Garcia drank the beer and never made any attempt to pay for it. Garcia was asked numerous times to leave the business and he refused. DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Whitaker after she was observed crashing into the back of her husband’s car multiple times. Whitaker was in a verbal argument with her husband about their kids and she was irate.
