Several minutes later, a separate call came out regarding a single vehicle accident involving a red Toyota pickup truck which had gone over the embankment on Pine just past the intersection with Rice. Once Officers arrived on scene, Dudley was being extricated from the vehicle and was then taken to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance, for treatment of minor injuries.During the investigation it was discovered Dudley had been driving with very little sleep since the previous day, and he had several distractions in his vehicle that most likely contributed to the accident. A male and female who were there together, both allegedly pulled knives during the altercation and were later identified as Rein and McClurg. No one was injured during the incident, and both subjects left the bar and drove vehicles prior to law enforcement arrival. Both were contacted during separate traffic stops, and Rein displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII Alcohol.
