Dean was unable to stop in time and rear ended Masters’ vehicle. Both vehicles were removed from the roadway without a tow. Neither party was injured in the incident. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Hospital security said Stines was confrontational with a nurse, then refused any medical treatment. Security said they tried to escort Stines off the property, but he refused to leave. The Officer asked Stines several times to leave Mercy property, but he refused, and laid on the ground and told them to take him to jail. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
