PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/23/2020 (09:15 AM) LOCATION: 700 NE Bellview, Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass / Criminal Mischief CASE #: 201302 PERSON(S): (S) Valdez III, Donald Owen (32) Roseburg, (S) Kindel, Nicholas James (30) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II / Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the city water tanks on top of Bellview for transients who were trespassing on the property. We located Valdez and Kindel in the dilapidated water tank, using it as a camp. Valdez and Kindel damaged city property while trespassing at location. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/23/2020 (02:00 PM) LOCATION: 2018 NE Airport Rd Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary I CASE #: 201306 PERSON(S): (S) Nicholson, Nathan Abraham (2/1982) Roseburg, (S) Bucknell, Chelsea LeAnn (01/1983) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary I, Theft I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Between 3/10-3/23 Nicholson and Bucknell entered the residence at 2018 NE Airport RD. Nicholson and Bucknell stole items from inside the residence and began selling them on Facebook. The son of the property owner called and reported seeing the items for sale on Facebook and called in the report. Both Bucknell and Nicholson admitted to their involvement and turned over the remaining stolen items they were in possession of. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/23/2020 (04:44 PM) LOCATION: 515 SE Spruce Street (AAMCO Transmission) INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 201308 PERSON(S): (S) Wallace, Clarence Jay (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II, Criminal Trespass I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Clarence Wallace was seen walking in front of westbound traffic on SE Washington Ave. After nearly being hit by multiple vehicles he began yelling obscenities at the drivers. Then walked away from the area on the train tracks behind AMMCO Transmission. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II and Criminal Trespass I. DISPO: Cited and released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/23/2020 (05:03 PM) LOCATION: 929 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 201309 PERSON(S): (S) Myers, Brett William (26) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Myers selected over $1000 worth of merchandise from Fred Meyer and then passed the point of purchase without paying. (Sherms) Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 201311 PERSON(S): (S) Green, Edward (36) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass I, Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Green attempted to steal ginger ale from Sherms after being formally trespassed. The ginger ale was recovered and Eddie was cited and released on scene. DISPO: Cited and Released
