During the investigation the Officer found that Riggleman had punched the victim causing minor injuries. Riggleman was placed under arrest and was transported to Corrections. During the investigation, the Officer learned she had an failure to appear warrant out of Lane County. Jourdan admitted to the thefts and her warrant was confirmed. She was cited for the above charges. They contacted Kyle Carson who had been detained by Sherm's Thunderbird loss prevention for stealing merchandise. Carson had been previously trespassed from this location. CHARGE(S): DWS Misdemeanor VEHICLE(S): White 1990 Mazda Miata DETAIL(S): Officer stopped the listed vehicle after a couple illegal turns and learned the driver and registered owner, Bennett, had recently lost his license due to a DUII. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/26/2020 (06:20 AM) LOCATION: 2560 NW medical Park Dr., Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 201329 PERSON(S): (S) Kamberger, Brandon (28) Roseburg, (S) Gibbons, Shaylie (33) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): 2018 white GMC Sierra DETAIL(S): Mercy security found Brandon and Shaylie sleeping in the above vehicle. They gave security their names and walked off. The Officer found them walking down NW Stewart Pkwy and they admitted to going into the truck because they were cold and the door was unlocked.
