PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/20/2020 (01:30 PM) LOCATION: Stewart Park Drive / Veteran's Way, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 201663/201664 PERSON(S): (S) Jackson, Cody Ann (35) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol, Attempt to EludeWarrant – Failure to Appear (DCSO) VEHICLE(S): OR UYP287 Green 1992 Ford Explorer DETAIL(S): Jackson was reported to be on Oak Street partially in the lane of travel where she was passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle. Medical personnel checked on Jackson but she drove away prior to police arrival. She was located driving westbound on Harvard near the Grocery Outlet.The officer tried to make a traffic stop on Jackson, but she didn’t stop, and continued driving. She turned onto Stewart Park Drive and acted like she was going to stop, but continued. She eventually stopped near the Stewart Park disc golf course. Jackson was contacted and displayed signs of alcohol impairment. She was arrested on the listed charges and also on a warrant charging Failure to Appear. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/20/2020 (05:26 PM) LOCATION: 433 NE Stephens, Roseburg (Dairy Queen) INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 201665 PERSON(S): (S) Harding, Aaron Allen (40) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II, Resisting Arrest, Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Harding was screaming at cars near Dairy Queen and throwing his belongings into the street. When officers tried to talk to Harding, he threw his shopping cart into the roadway and ran through traffic. Harding was contacted down the road and resisted arrest after he struck one officer in the face. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
