His vehicle was not in park and rolled forward and struck Heinz' vehicle, which was parked nearby. Both vehicles had minor front end damage. Information was exchanged and Cahoon was cited. She did not see Hoyt and Fugate crossing in front of her to enter the store, and she hit them both with her car. Medical was not needed, as the pedestrians were only bumped and then fell over. Hoyt had several small scratches to her hand and leg and there were no injuries observed on Fugate. DISPO: Traffic Collision. When contacted inside of the residence, Carnine grabbed a skateboard and threw it at officers and then fought with officers before being detained without further incident. This upset Livingston and she tried to leave with their five children, despite being alcohol impaired. Ramirez was holding their one-year old in his arms to keep Livingston from leaving. The incident became physical between Livingston and Ramirez, placing their children at risk. During the disturbance, three other children were underfoot and stepped on, causing minor scratches/bruising to their feet. Livingston finally drove away with all the kids to get away from Ramirez and was later stopped and arrested for DUII. DHS was notified and the children were cared for by another adult for the evening. DISPO: Cited and Released. Dickson was contacted nearby and was ultimately developed as the suspect in the car theft. The vehicle was released to its owner. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 05/11/2020 (03:22 AM) LOCATION: 1700 Block Otie, Roseburg INCIDENT: Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle CASE #: 201948 PERSON(S): (S) Rodgers, Adam Franklin (38) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Unauthorized Entry Into a Motor Vehicle X 2Theft II X 2 VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Rodgers was contacted after it was reported a male was breaking into vehicles in the neighborhood. An investigation determined Rodgers gained entry in to at least two vehicles and stole approximately $300 from each vehicle. All property was recovered and released to one of the owners.
