Five Guys Burgers & Fries Construction Continues Progress

The Hanna Heritage Place development in Roseburg is currently constructing a 6375 square foot multi use building that will accommodate three tenants. The first two tenant spaces will be occupied by Five Guys Burgers and Fries on the east end and Charter Spectrum in the middle space. The remaining space available is 1375 sf on the west end of the building. Construction for this building is scheduled to turn over to tenants by September and complete for opening before the end of the year. The General Contractor is Guion Randol Construction from Roseburg.
