Peters said the sun made a glare in his eyes and he did not see the vehicles in front of him, causing him to rear end Shaner’s vehicle. Peter's van had front end damage, but he was able to drive his vehicle home. Shaner's vehicle had heavy rear end damage and Walt's Towing responded. DISPO: Traffic Collision. DETAIL(S): Smithey left a residence on Carmen, irate, after a fight she had with her boyfriend. She tried to drive away and screech her tires, but lost control of her vehicle and crashed into the front of Kuykendall’s van. Smithey drove away from the scene without stopping. An investigation and witness statements revealed Baker attacked Berard, unprovoked, and repeatedly punched him. Berard sustained minor injuries and was attended to by Bay Cities medics.
