(85) Roseburg. CHARGE(S): Bigham – Fail to Stop and Remain Stopped for Pedestrian. VEHICLE(S): Bigham: 2004 Subaru Forester, white;, Idaho license 7B M8919. DETAIL(S): An investigation revealed Bigham was turning right on a red light from Stewart Parkway onto Harvard when her vehicle bumped a pedestrian, Cote, in the crosswalk and knocked her down. Cote was transported to Mercy via ambulance and determined to have minor cuts to the arm and head from falling. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/09/2020 (05:00 PM) LOCATION: 790 Garden Valley, Roseburg (Days Inn) INCIDENT: Restraining Order Violation CASE #: 202522, 200561 PERSON(S): (S) Suess, Jessica C (41) Roseburg, (V) Roy, Christopher D (56) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Suess – Warrant / Failure to Appear (Roseburg Municipal Court), Violation of Restraining Order, Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): 2004 Ford Explorer (873JJS OR) DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the listed location for a disturbance involving a female yelling and possibly damaging vehicles in the parking lot. When officers arrived on scene the female had already left. They spoke with Roy and he said Suess was at the location causing a disturbance and caused damage to his vehicle. Roy also has a restraining order against Suess. Suess was contacted nearby and was arrested on the listed charges, and a Roseburg Municipal warrant. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/09/2020 (07:30 PM) LOCATION: 900 Block SE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 202525 PERSON(S): (D1) Arroyo, Samuel (75) Roseburg, (D2) Berka, Jacek (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Arroyo – Failure to Drive Within lane, Careless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2013 blue Toyota Corolla (OR#712GYY), 2011 blue Honda CRV (OR#CB11191) DETAIL(S): Arroyo was driving northbound on Stephens and he briefly looked away from the roadway and drifted to the right. Berka was parked on the side of the road and Arroyo rear ended Berka’s vehicle. Berka was complaining of a head ache and he was transported to Mercy for evaluation.
