As part of a project for the Oregon Department of Transportation, utility work will be taking place Thursday night along a section of West Harvard in Roseburg.

Dan Latham of ODOT said there will be some saw-cutting to the pavement in the outside westbound lane near the intersection with Bellows beginning at around 7:00 p.m. He said while that lane will be closed for part of the evening, the other westbound lane will be open.
Sunday night crews will return to trench and repair some electrical line starting at 7:00 p.m. Work will continue until approximately 5:00 a.m. on Monday.
