PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/18/2020 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: 1400 Stewart Park Drive, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 202674 PERSON(S): (D1) Lund, Paul Lamont (60) Camas Valley CHARGE(S): VEHICLE(S): OR 338LAD Black 2016 Ford Mustang DETAIL(S): Lund was parked in the parking lot near the train at Stewart Park when he felt a panic attack coming on. Lund drove east on Stewart Park Drive and had a suspected medical issue and lost consciousness. Lund drifted off the south side of the roadway and drove through the grassy area striking a small tree. Lund continued and hit the dirt embankment at the base of the bridge, sending his car airborne, where it came to rest under the bridge.Lund was checked out by medics, but he refused medical transport and was uninjured. Roseburg Towing responded and recovered the vehicle. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/18/2020 (05:30 PM) LOCATION: 100 Block Zeus, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 202676 PERSON(S): (S) Wilcox, Jesse (64) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Alcohol, Fail to Perform Duties of a Driver , Refusal to Take Test for Intoxicants VEHICLE(S): 2008 Gray Mazda 6 OR-346DUD DETAIL(S): Wilcox was driving home through the North Park mobile home park and allegedly struck a parked vehicle. He continued driving and was followed by the victim. He was contacted by officers at his residence and he showed signs of impairment. Wilcox refused to provide a breath test, and was charged with that offense. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/18/2020 (06:00 PM) LOCATION: 2125 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Shoplifting CASE #: 202677 PERSON(S): (S) Mora, Ashley (30) Medford CHARGE(S): Theft II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Mora was caught by loss prevention stealing various clothing items and bags from Walmart. She was cooperative and all items were recovered just outside the store. DISPO: Cited and Released.
